“How many sessions do I need?”
Building nourishing & supportive systems takes time. 🌱
⭐️ That being said, some folks find wild clarity and inspired action in only one session.
⭐️ Depending on your needs & what you’d like to accomplish, most clients find it useful to schedule a session once or twice a month, for a few months or longer.
This provides time and space for you to start experimenting and working toward the goals we’ve identified. It also provides gentle, ongoing accountability for you during the process.
Scheduled containers are great for neurospicy brains to help you get stuff done!
It’s totally up to your working preference, time commitment, and what you’d like to achieve in your business during our container together. 🚀
