self care and empowerment 🧠🌿✨
adhd self care dashboard | notion template
a digital portal into self care and empowerment for folx with adhd
→ start living a life of ease where you feel proud of your unique & beautiful brain and all the magical ways you show up in the world 🧠🌿✨
listen, this dashboard is the shit. it’s one of the first templates i built - at a time when i had just been diagnosed with adhd - and i needed support. i knew i needed to keep track of my health and how i was feeling, and i was learning the importance of celebrating my strengths (after decades of beating myself up for my “failures”).
i started tracking these things slowly, building a resource library from all the books and podcasts i was learning from, and a comprehensive log of all my health symptoms (adhd & beyond). each little piece of the dash came together bit by bit.
and honestly, it wasn’t until maybe a year or so later after i published it that i realized the impact it had on my journey. on myself as a person. and now years later, woah! it’s all integrated into how i live my life. setting intentions, celebrating feeling proud of myself, tracking my health. and now, helping others do it, too!
it’s cool to look at this dashboard as a testament to how far i’ve come on my personal journey. i’m grateful for notion as a tool that enabled me to put it all together in this way. and i’m even more grateful for my dedication to my self care - and that this dashboard makes it easy for me to stay dedicated.
the even cooler thing is that you can customize it to work for you and your journey. add your own resources and activities, inspiring images and playlists, and whatever else your little heart desires. make it your own. and dive into a deeper and more fulfilling relationship with your self. 🖤

MHO is the first thing I do when I sit down to work for the week. It’s my time to plan out the week.
I’ve been building and refining my system inside Notion for over 2 years now, and after much experimenting, data collecting, and refining, this is what I’ve found that works best for me and my beautiful ADHD brain.
Last week, I held a little celebration ritual in private. I gave thanks to myself, my business, everything I have learned, all the ways I’ve grown, all the people who have had an impact on helping my business shape and grow into what it is, and to all the lovely people I have gotten to work with. I sat here, at my desk, in awe, wonder, amazement, and feeling so grateful and also very proud.
The change of seasons is an excellent time to do a lil energetic and organizational reset around your home. Here are some of my favorite rituals to do on or around the fall equinox (or just anytime during the season)!
These practices are part of my regular self-care routine that help me to take care of my physical and mental health so that I am better able to show up in the world to do all the things I love!
This past week in therapy, my therapist and I were talking about intrusive thoughts, anxiety, worry, and adhd. I explained to her an example of something challenging that I had been dealing with that morning.
My lovely therapist said, “Brigitte, that’s textbook ADHD.” She then opened up the DSM and read me the characteristics of ADHD.
I’ve been working on tapping into more joy and pleasure. I re-started using a daily journal in Notion, and swapped out everything I was previously tracking for just two properties: joy and gratitude.
